2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Who Qualifies?
First-time purchasers of any Signal Pilot plan are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
You qualify if:
- This is your first Signal Pilot purchase
- You request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment
- Your account has not been banned for Terms violations
You do NOT qualify if:
- You previously received a refund from Signal Pilot
- More than 7 days have passed since payment
- You purchased during a "no refund" promotional period (rare, clearly disclosed)
- You violated our Terms of Service (sharing access, fraud, etc.)

3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contacting Support

- Payment email (PayPal or crypto wallet)

Step 2: Confirmation Process
We'll confirm your refund request within 24-48 hours (usually faster). No lengthy justification needed — we trust you.
Step 3: Access Revocation
Once confirmed, your indicator access will be immediately revoked to prevent abuse.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refunds are issued via your original payment method:
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 5-7 business days (manual processing)
Note: Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to network fees and market volatility. We refund the USD equivalent at the time of the original purchase.
4. What Happens After 7 Days?
4.1 No Refunds (Cancellation Available)
After 7 days, we do NOT offer refunds. However:
- You can cancel your subscription anytime to prevent future charges
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
4.2 Why No Refunds After 7 Days?
Our indicators are digital products with immediate access. The 7-day window gives you plenty of time to evaluate. After that, we assume you're satisfied and committed to using the service.

5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Technical Issues
Technical problems (indicators not loading, access issues, bugs) can be reported to support for troubleshooting and resolution before considering refunds.
Common issues we can fix:
- Indicator not appearing in TradingView
- Incorrect subscription tier activated
- Payment processed but access not granted
If we can't resolve a legitimate technical issue, we may offer a refund outside the 7-day window at our discretion.
5.2 Billing Errors
Incorrect charges (duplicate charges, wrong amount, etc.) can be reported immediately for refunds or corrections regardless of the 7-day window.
5.3 Extenuating Circumstances
In rare cases (medical emergencies, serious financial hardship), refund requests outside the 7-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Details can be sent to support@signalpilot.io.
6. Lifetime Access Refunds
⚠️ Important for Lifetime Buyers: Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with limited availability. After the 7-day window, NO refunds are provided. Treat this as a final purchase decision.
Because Lifetime Access is significantly discounted and capped at 100 licenses, the 7-day policy is strictly enforced. The trial period allows evaluation of whether Signal Pilot meets individual needs.
7. Subscription Auto-Renewal
7.1 How It Works
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days
- Quarterly plans renew every 90 days
- Yearly plans renew every 365 days
7.2 Renewal Reminders
We'll email you 7 days before your subscription renews (if you've opted into emails). This gives you time to cancel if needed.
7.3 Renewal Refunds
If you forget to cancel and your subscription auto-renews:
- Within 24 hours of renewal: We may issue a refund as a courtesy (first-time only)
- After 24 hours: No refunds, but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal
Pro Tip: Set a calendar reminder a few days before renewal if you're unsure about continuing.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
⚠️ Contact before filing a chargeback is appreciated. Chargebacks hurt small businesses and trigger additional fees. Issues can be resolved directly.

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Your access is immediately revoked
- Your account is permanently banned
- We may dispute the chargeback and provide transaction records
8.2 Legitimate Disputes
If you believe you were charged fraudulently (stolen card, unauthorized transaction), file a chargeback immediately and notify us at support@signalpilot.io so we can investigate.

10. No Refund Situations
We do NOT issue refunds in the following cases:
- Buyer's Remorse After 7 Days: Deciding you don't want it after a week doesn't qualify
- Lack of Profitability: Indicators are educational tools, not profit guarantees
- "Didn't Use It": Not using the service is not a valid refund reason
- Terms Violations: Account sharing, fraud, chargebacks, etc.
- Second Purchase: You already used your one-time refund window on a previous purchase
- Promotional "No Refund" Periods: Some sales may explicitly exclude refunds (rare, clearly stated)
