PayPal Customers
If you subscribed via PayPal, manage your subscription directly through PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments
- Find "Signal Pilot Labs" in the list
- Click to view details, cancel, or modify

What Happens When You Cancel?

- ✓ You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- ✓ All your settings and configurations are saved
- ✗ No partial refunds for unused time (after 7-day guarantee)
Example: If you paid for a monthly subscription on January 1st and cancel on January 15th, you'll retain access until January 31st. No refund for the unused days, but you get the full month you paid for.
